Age of Drivers: All drivers must be over 25 years of age for insurance purposes and hold a current valid driving licence (2 years minimum), passport & credit card as a form of security.

Less than 7 days rental: Weekly price divided by 5 and multiplied by number of days required (minimum 3 days).

More than 7 days rental: Weekly price divided by 7 and multiplied by number of days required.

Net rates include: Free personal delivery at Malaga airport from 08h00 to 22h00, unlimited mileage within Andalucia, mandatory third party insurance (except excess), personal accident insurance and 16 % IVA (VAT).

Net rates do not include: Traffic fines, tow-away service, punctures, damage to wheels, windscreen, locks, mirrors, loss of keys, petrol, any damage to vehicle clutch and cost of recovery to repair, bad use on unmade roads, tracks, etc, costs of changing the fuel in the case of client filling the car with wrong type of fuel and insurance excess waiver according to car group.

Babies & Children in Cars: Babies must travel in approved baby seats.  Children under 12 years of age may not travel in the front seat.  Seat belts must fit correctly, i.e. by law the child must be 150 cm tall or a booster seat will be required.

Extra charges payable locally: Local deliveries including delivery to Gibraltar airport(€20).  Out-of-hours delivery or collection between 20.00 and 08.00 (€25). Baby seats and Booster seats (€30 per rental).  Full tank of fuel on collection (return full).  Additional driver (€25 per rental).  Loss of keys (€150 minimum).  Insurance excess waiver according to car group.
